Deanna Garcia

Deanna is a dedicated Practice Manager who is passionate about helping others as she believes people need people. With over 16 years of extensive experience in office management, client relations and banking, Deanna works to ensure the seamless operation of the firm providing support to both clients and her team. Northwest Arkansas became home in 1999 after moving here from Missouri, but she is still a country girl at heart. She is married to Julio, has three adult daughters, four grandsons and one granddaughter. She loves spending time with her family, friends, church and loves to catch a concert or baseball game when she can. One of her favorite quotes is by Charles Swindoll called Attitude, "We have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we embrace....life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond.
